Questions about pricing
What counts as a product?
A product with at least one competitor source. Products without competitors are imported and visible, but do not count.
How many competitors can I follow per product?
Up to 5 on Free, and as many as you like on every paid plan. Corprice suggests the most relevant ones, and you can swap them at any time.
When are prices checked?
Every competitor page is checked once a day. When you need a fresher price, press "Check prices" on a product or a list of products. That counts as an on-demand check.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, for as long as you like and without a card. Free covers 5 products from one shop with daily price checks, the competitor and market views, and email alerts. Writing prices to your shop, cost prices from your ERP, Slack, Mattermost, Teams and webhook alerts, and the API and MCP come with the paid plans.
Will Corprice ever raise my prices above normal?
No. The highest price Corprice sets is your regular price. When competitors go up, it removes its own discount.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down when your catalog changes. Your data stays.
